Early Reservation Program

The Early Reservation Program is designed for studio owners to secure their dancers’ spots at a specific event, and to receive up-to-date information prior to the opening of registration. With an early reservation, your studio will have first priority if a room hits a sold-out situation. The Early Reservation program runs from May 1 to June 15. Registration opens to everyone on July 1.

Upon making the early reservation, the studio owner will need to contact our office for additional information concerning fees and this incentive program. A $300 deposit will be required and must be received within 7 days of reserving the spots. The deposit will be applied to your final balance. Studio owners are asked to give a realistic estimate of how many dancers per age division will be attending. Actual spots reserved in each room will be based on your estimate. These numbers are very important as each room has limited capacity.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

• Studios must register each attending dancer approximately one month prior to the early bird deadline.
• Your balance payment must be made with a cashier’s check and will be due by the early bird deadline.
• After the early bird deadline, the system will automatically generate a new invoice with increased entry fees, either the full tuition or late tuition rate.
