Hip Hop
Richy Mon is a versatile performer, choreographer, and educator whose career spans live touring, television, commercial entertainment, and artist development. Known for his dynamic performance quality, creative versatility, and passion for teaching, Richy has built an impressive career working alongside some of the biggest names in music and entertainment.
His performance credits include appearances on the Academy of Country Music Awards with Dolly Parton and Keith Urban, the People’s Choice Country Awards with Shania Twain, Saturday Night Live alongside Carrie Underwood and Nate Bargatze, and The TODAY Show with Walker Hayes. His work also extends to music videos for Tyler Hubbard and John Summit, film appearances including Tanya Tucker’s A Nashville Country Christmas, and commercial campaigns for brands such as Walmart and Marriott Bonvoy.
As a choreographer, Richy has created work for artists including Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Maggie Rose, Medium Build, and Lil Man J. In 2025, he earned an Emmy Award for his choreography and creative contributions to Fink’s Jewelers’ acclaimed “Make You Dance” campaign, further establishing himself as a rising creative force in the entertainment industry.
Most recently, Richy served as a dance captain for John Summit’s 2025 international tour, helping lead the creative execution and performance quality of one of electronic music’s most prominent live productions. His work continues to span live performance, choreography, and artist development, bringing a unique blend of professionalism, creativity, and industry experience to every project.
A member of the Immerse Artists Experience team since 2023, Richy brings his professional industry experience and passion for artist development to dancers across the country. Known for his infectious energy and authentic approach to teaching, he creates an environment that challenges, inspires, and empowers dancers to grow. While based in Nashville, he served on the faculty of Millennium Dance Complex Nashville, where he trained and mentored dancers pursuing professional careers in the industry.
Through his work as a performer, choreographer, and educator, Richy remains committed to inspiring the next generation of artists while continuing to expand his influence across the worlds of dance, music, and entertainment. His passion for creativity, connection, and excellence makes him a valued member of the Immerse Artists Experience team and a respected voice within the industry.
