Your Day at Immerse Artists Experience
CHECK IN: 7:00am – 7:45am
From the moment you walk in, we want you to feel at home. You will be greeted with smiles! Our check in process is fast, easy, and efficient. Upon check in, the account holder will receive the welcome packet that includes information to help guide you throughout your experience. All wristbands are attached to scholarship numbers with the dancer’s name for fast and easy distribution. If you are attending with your studio, your studio owner (or predetermined designated teacher/parent representative) will pick up the packet.
FACULTY INTRODUCTION AND WARM-UP: 7:45am – 8:00am
We begin the day with inspiring words from IAX owner, Meredith Pennington, and move into the introduction of our outstanding faculty. The faculty will then lead the room in a quick and fun warm up. This is open to all! Wristbands are not required.
CLASSES BEGIN: 8:00am – 11:30am (8:15am for the Mini room)
Access to the ballrooms will require a wristband. We begin each class on time. Our Mini dancers will begin at 8:15 instead of 8:00. This gives the studio owner time to get the older dancers settled in class before helping their younger dancers and the parents who may be new to this type of experience.
We understand our younger dancers may need a snack or restroom break. This age division will have a quick 15 minute break in the morning after their second class. Please remember that snacks cannot be eaten inside the ballroom.
Lunch is not provided by Immerse Artists Experience. Prior to each event, an informative email is sent to the account holder. Lunch options will be given at that time to help you plan ahead.
FACULTY MEET & GREET: 12:00pm – 12:30pm
During the last half of lunch, our kind faculty will be in the lobby in front of the step and repeat for pictures. An autographed poster can be purchased at the Pop-up Shop. Our faculty signs the posters prior to the Meet & Greet so there is more time to visit with dancers and for pictures.
CLASSES RESUME: 12:30pm – 3:30pm
FACULTY Q & A: 3:30pm – 3:45pm
We know dancers may have many questions for our faculty. We encourage dancers to arrive prepared with their question. There will be a Q & A form at the Pop-up Shop. Simply fill out the form, preferably upon arrival, or at lunch. Our faculty will answer as many questions as possible after the last class of the day prior to the scholarship announcements. This is open to all! Wristbands are not required.
SCHOLARSHIP ANNOUNCEMENTS: 3:45pm-4:00pm
At the end of the experience, the IAX owner and faculty will announce scholarship and award recipients. This ceremony is open to all! Wristbands are not required. Photo/video is allowed.
