William Harris III is a dynamic dance educator, choreographer, and performer with over 20 years of professional experience across concert dance, television, film, theatre, and live stage performance. A Nashville native, he is a graduate of the Nashville School of the Arts and a full scholarship recipient of the Debbie Allen Dance Academy, where he later served as an assistant to Debbie Allen on a range of creative and educational projects supporting rehearsals and professional productions.
William’s career spans major platforms in entertainment and live performance. His credits include the Academy Awards (Oscars) broadcast performance, the Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show featuring The Weeknd, BET productions, HBO, Disney, and Netflix appearances, and the CMT Awards. He also appeared in Dolly Parton’s Mountain Magic Christmasalongside Dolly Parton and Jimmy Fallon, and performed with the Glee Live! In Concert national tour, bringing his artistry to arenas across the country.
Throughout his career, William has worked with acclaimed artists including Shania Twain, Idina Menzel, Kristin Chenoweth, Kane Brown, Queen Latifah, CeCe Winans, and Blake Shelton, performing in high-level live entertainment environments that demand precision, adaptability, and strong performance quality.
His commercial work includes campaigns with global brands such as Reebok, Toyota, and Harley-Davidson, further reflecting his versatility across both artistic and commercial sectors of the industry.
As an educator, William is deeply committed to developing confident, performance-driven dancers through a teaching style rooted in musicality, discipline, and joy. Known for his clarity, attention to detail, and ability to elevate dancers of all levels, he creates an environment that challenges artists while fostering authenticity and growth.
William joined the faculty of Immerse Artists Experience in Season 8, where he continues to inspire dancers nationwide through his experience, artistry, and commitment to excellence in performance and education.
