What to Bring
All dancers should bring safety pins to attach their identification numbers, as this is the preferred method by IAX. Additionally, please remember to bring all necessary dance shoes, extra hair ties, a water bottle, and cash or credit card if you would like to purchase any Immerse Artists Experience merchandise.

Water stations may not be provided, so please be sure to bring your own water bottles.
The Holiday Inn Fargo enforces a strict no outside food policy. Concessions will be available on-site from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, with payment accepted via credit card only—cash will not be accepted. A list of concession offerings, pricing, and confirmed operating hours will be included in the Memphis Welcome Packet.

Waiver Deadline

All attendees (studio representatives, dancers, and observers) must complete the electronic waiver by the deadline above. The waiver will be sent via email to the account holder through Dance Bug approximately two weeks prior to the event. Entry into the dance rooms will be denied without a signed waiver.
Please note that studio owners cannot sign on behalf of their students. Waivers for dancers under 18 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. The email used to sign the waiver must match the person e-signing.
To sign the waiver, please use the Chrome browser on a computer, as e-signatures from phones may not be processed or recognized by the Dance Bug system.

The Holiday Inn Fargo enforces a strict quiet hours policy from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with security conducting checks throughout the night to ensure compliance. Immerse Artists Experience expects all dancers and their families to respect and adhere to this policy.
